I think it's probably a problem in the flash file.
When I've some problems on the phone after flashing I always take another flash file, and I try until it works (I often come back to my original flash file :p )...

Bye! :)

yup!

its a flash file problem. try flashing your phone with virgin flash file located at the download section.

You need to update the FAID! Use my flashing and Knok guide in the Forum FAQ to get you going again! As for the 000 00, maybe it's a closed user group!?;)

I am sure this is software related. I have seen this on many DCT3 Nokia phones.
Try using a datalead and a phone reader software, like Nokiatool.

Read phone info, this will tell you useful info about MCC, MNC etc.
Use Eeprom tools to repair IMEI and set default SP Locks.

I had to reprogram a phones IMEI in after flashing, as the flash I used had a default of 000000000000000.

Make a note of your IMEI( under the battery) and you may have to do this too.

Until a mobile can Identify itself with your operator, usually by IMEI etc, the operator will return an unknown Op code, Normally 000-00.

Try this, post results back here.

I have flashed my 3330 v 3.05 to v 4.50 to eliminate a charging probelm. After flshing the phone, the charginging problem when using BLC2 batteries remains and a few days after my phone stopped registering to the network and shows 000 00. If the phone is reset to factory defaults, it will show the operator logo for a few seconds and return to 000 00 logo.

Why change from 3.05 to 4.50?

Charging faults are mostly hardware related.

Try using a closer match with your firmware like 3.10.

With the 000 00 fault, its not necessary to set factory defaults when you flash new firmware in.
All this does is overwrite all your previous settings, try using another flash without resetting full factory defaults, otherwise you will have to use netmonitor to reinstate your service.
Its too complex to describe it, so its easier to flash a new flash file in. Also use a good eeprom file, preferrably from a working flash.

I will post the full flashing procedure again, do not cut corners as your flash will be unsuccessful.

Keep us posted on your results,

Kind regards
