Nokia 7650 text reader

Anyone know if a text reader is available? i just want to be able to read ".txt" and HTML files. So far all I've found is eBook readers (yes I've searched).

I think you can use menu-->extras--->notes to read and edit .txt files.

Notes also allows you to view the source of the html file, but to see it like a web page, I think you need an offline browser.

I tried the Doris browser, but could not manage to view an html file which was in the harddisk of my phone.
