problem with 3310 screens

Hey - i have 3 3310s that have problems with thier screens. I have flashed them so they have the latest software on them.

One phones screen only works when you apply pressure to it
The other 2 screens light up but dont actually display anything

I tried replacing the screens with that of a screen that works on another phone but it didnt help. Likewise the screen that didnt work still didnt work on my phone that had a working screen on it.

This leads be to beleive that thier is a problem with the actual screen, but also with the phone.

Can anyone give me any suggestions.

Clean both the pins on the screen and on the PCB! For the PCB, use a pencil eraser and for the screens, use isopropenol or VCR cleaner!;)
