Hello!

I found a Nokia 7210 at Heathrow Airport in London. I unlocked it but now, 2 weeks later the phone was reported lost or stolen.
It is now therefor "blacklisted".
Since I don't live in the UK permanentely I wouldn't really care if I could use it in Germany or in Poland.
Is the Nokia Blacklist Nationwide or Worldwide?
If it is Worldwide is there any way to change the IMEI of the phone?

Thanx and greetz

Hi, i think it will work in other countries, but if not i think changing the imei should solve the prob.

If I want to change the IMEI I have to change the UEM first.
As I don't know how to change the UEM I can't change the IMEI!!!

I tried some googleing but I didn't find anything on how to change the UEM!!!

Does anybody know a site where there is some kind of a tutorial???

you cant as yet change the imei of a nokia DCT-4 phone. they hvae OTP chips (one time programming), i think you can buy a new chip but they are bound to be expensive
