My 3650 is locked on T-mobile (US) i believe the network code is 31020 but I only have 2 tires left. Can you please help?:confused:

I tried the link above to unlock my phone i tried the 7th code and it didn't work. just got code error. I used 31020 as the network code and no luck so what can i do? did i do something wrong? has anyone with a t-mobile phone from the us had luck with unlocking the 3650?
