hiya ive got an 8310 and it keeps on turning it self off when i go to send a messege or make a call.? it happens about twice a day.can someone please help. :)

Very upset to say this but mostly this is a PA problem...Do You have it when You get a incoming call...Have You dropped Your phone ..and tell how You get this problem..

no it hasn,t turned off when receiving a call. as far as i can remember i haven,t dropped my phone. thankyou for ur reply and ifyou have any other idea what the fault could be and how it could be sorted. would like to hear them.:)
