Can anyone help me to find a software like autocad to work on 9210 or a software can just view (.dwg) files

i need it badly

I think you have problems with both opl runtime n rmrart programs.

Try to reinstall the latest opl runtime n rmrart on the attachment (sorry, unreg. for rmrart) .
