I have a300 datacable with crocodile + - clips on it anyone know what these are for also how i modify this cable to work with nas a300 or All samsung unlocker

what power suply is to be used with this cable can it be converted to use nas 300adv as i have to remove return for servicing from phone is there any way i can do this or modify cable to do this
