3510i simulator problem

how to install it man
the file i downloaded is without any extention
how can i install the simulator

and how to use it

You downloaded the Simulator from Nokia?

I can't remember, it's either a executable .exe, or a zip file .zip.

Rename it to those and one will work :) (I am actually fairly sure it's a zip)

Then run the installer :)

Btw, ensure you downloaded this file from Nokia, not some other place. That way it's garunteed to be virus free.

yea i did download it from nokia and yea it was a zip file
but it was still currupted and displayed an error message that said unable to inflate data blah blah

should i download again????

I can't post a direct link to Nokia's site because of their site design.

However, you probably should download it with a download accelerator, because from memory it is around 25 megs?

You probably have an incomplete download, download it using broadband or an accelerator such as FlashGet or Download Accelerator Plus :)

You need Java 1.3.1 or later to install the app...

I installed this program and couldn't get it to work, there are 3x .exe files and the icon it places in windows doesn't work. Hope some one can help, I have Windows M.E. so it might be something to do with that.
