After unlocking my phone now I am getting a massage saying 'Phone start-up failed. contact the retailer. can any one help pls

erm... well, like what the phone said, you should contact the retailer...

I think the unlocking process was not done properly and it screwed up the software. Bring it to a Nokia Service Center and get the phone flashed. I think that should do the trick...
