Umm why don't you go to a GSM shop and get the cable or kit there..? Or... build one yourself? as you are in germany (i'm german, but now live in Bangkok) there are plenty of electronic shops or mail order services (Conrad, Westfalia) where you DEAD EASY can get the required parts, and tytorials/schematics are available here in the forums....
I would long have a flasher for my phones, but i can't afford to buy one, and i can't find the parts (IC's!) anywhere here in Bangkok........ i am good at soldering but what helps me that if i can't get the damn parts!
Or anyone so kind and can donate me one IC that i need for a DCT-3 flasher? I am sure they are cheap in europe.........

Is it possible to simply "export" all modifications from ProjecT 1.60 (5110) and "import" to a unmodded 5130-flash file? Such as ringtones (i know how to do that), texts (also know how to) and graphics (NO idea how to)..?
I have no clue of hex editing - but can use g3nolite and PPMedit :)

yesterday evening i went to "work" on that, and seems i am unable to do it.
I was successfull in "exporting" the languages, ringtones and bitmaps, and also could "import" the languages into a 5130-file, but everytime when i try to do the same with any of the bitmaps, it won't change (?) and when i try with a ringtone, the program (PPMedit) simply shuts.
Is there any other program i could use for such stuff? Just name one (or some) for me as i've downloaded a lot, just have (yet) not much clue which are for what.
What are the major differences between a 5110 and a 5130 flash? I think the most differences are in the MCU, so - could it work to somehow integrate the complete ProjecT 1.6 PPM into the 5130 file?
You are the master in such things - please let a newbie know :)

You can use FLSedit 0.4 and PPMmaker.

Importing bitmaps and languages into a 5130 flash won't work, because these have different languages and bitmaps.

Importing tones will work, if you make some space for them, delete some languages or so.

Hi! Newbie here! i got 5130 but i dont know the procedures in combining mcu and ppm...? i also dont know what type of ROM is my 5130 (NSK-1)...? got another problem i also dont know how to flash the latest firmware version for 5130 (NSK-1)...? I hope i can it here. tanx and more power...

Not beeing g3gg0 I'm quite used to mobile phone flashing and modding (I still need to learn how to use g3n0lite/0z0ne/Tapzone the way they should be used...) and I have a 5130 (rom4).

Thanks to PPMEdit I had a good overview of your modded flahsfiles (both 1.5 & 1.6) and I really enjoyed your work.

So, if you've got some beta-testing... think about me.
