8310 dead

my 8310 went dead and wont even charge now.ive change the battery and even put a fully charged battery in but it still wont switch on. does anyone have a cure or can help me

thats all i know. the phone turned off and now i cant do anything with it at all.i havent dropped it or anything like that:confused:
