myke just did the 23400 calculation
but new virgin phones did not work with the 23400 calculation
MrWolfman
29-07-2003, 06:33 PM
so let me get this then
tmobile 3510i code is now the virgin code 23400
and we have still yet to find the new virgin code
but
old virgin and tmobile (non 3510i) use the old codes still yes?
or still to be confirmed
gsm community
29-07-2003, 06:38 PM
no, t-mobile still uses 23430
but a virgin phone has t-mobile in display and so myke thought it could be virgin, too
we still have to confirm virgin 3513../3514../3515..

Looking through this forum i havent seen one thread where one was succesfully unlocked.

until someone get a cable and bwinlock and provide the correct info from a candidate phone (candidate=no locked already, blocked or other silly problem)
then we indeed have to wait

yeah i see... it sux that im having trouble with bwinlock trying to read my virgin 3510i. Guess its just a waiting game ;)

Got cable and Bwinlock. S/W doesn'r read phone. However, The Oxygene Phone manager does quite happily. It's come up with this:
IMEI: 351477803667448
Model: RH-9
Mobile country: UK (234)
Mobile network: One 2 One (30)
even though the contract is with T mobile!
Someone's also told me that I should try this code:
#pw+088563302647360+1#
As I've had three goes already (see earlier posts) I'm reluctant to just keep plugging more codes in. Can the definative unlock be generated with the above info??

no,
bwinlock and pc with win 98 or me
try to play with the options, DTR On should do the job

You were right about the BWinLock settings. It just needed the DTR set. I got this from the program:
Version: V 04.01 13-02 RH-9 (c) NMP
Config key: 0010100000000000
MCC+MNC 001-01
Unlock: 2
When I tried the 'padlock' icon to unlock I get 'Unable to calculate' message. Worst still the phone is now displaying 'test mode' and I can't get it out of that. It still connected to the pc at the moment. Anyone help here please?:(
