KERN-EXEC 3 Error in tomtom citymaps

does anyone else get this error or does anyone know a fix for it. as soon as i run tomtom citymaps or route planner I get this error:

Application Routeplanner
reason code KERN-EXEC
reason number 3

I have installed this program about 4 times just incase it didnt install correctly.

I have installed citymaps.zip and london.zip from this thread. Am i missing an application to run with these.

can anyone help me please.

When u uninstalled the app, did u do a search in fileman for any folders or files that were left over, for example ini files?

Try deleting ini files after you have installed the program and tried running it.

to delete ini files, reboot commy, when you see the two hands press CTRL+SHIFT+I

tried that and still does the same thing. have you got it working. if so what did you do exactly.

I have got no problem with citymap n londonin[1].sis.
Try to reboot your device before running your citimap (if you have less memory, put/link the program on Desk n running it from Desk).
