eeprom tools and dct4 tools not starting!

hi
when ever i try to run dct 4 tools and eeprom tools by b-phreaks
i get a error message :

" run time error 339
component " mscomctl.ocx" or one of its dependencies
not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"


please help me

Just search for the file from the internet and download it, it's a common VB file :)

Just type in that file name and "download" into google, and it'll come up. Put it in the same folder as the program and away you go :)
