well when u go on the internet on your computer it cost money.
eg: aol costs about £15 per month.

well i was wondering if opera internet explorer costs to run aswell

Depending on your service provider i guess you'll have to pay for the amount of data in kb's recieved/transmitted. prices for this vary but you'll have to check the prices with your provider.
