More picture messages in 3315

In the 3315 have: 13 picture messages and 1 clip-art
I have two quetions:

Is possible change this numbers? Like: 10 Picture and 4 clip-art?

Is possible I put more pictures messages? (like: more ringtones)
To I have for example: 20 picture messages?

In a 3315, clip-art is Picture message number 8. The original 3315 software only has one clip-art, and that's pretty much it.

You'd need to modify it to make more pictures/clip-arts "fit" in the memory. I don't know whether it's been one before or not, but that'd require some serious programming.
