another prob i have is on my 6310i it was unlocked and now it comes up with sim registration failed?
would operator relock again after a few weeks

gsm will correct me if i am wrong but that would mean is blocked/barred
gsm hates it when i say that i know and i am not right always (he hasnt proved me wrong yet but he know so dam much he will)

but from his own information i can almost 95% say its blocked/barred

(i regret saying it already i feel the roth of gsm)

BUT not in all cases:

case 1: if the sim card which you have in phone is deactivated after canceled subscription or prepaid service this message is shown --> phone is not blocked / barred

case 2: if the sim card which you have in phone works in other phone and the message is shown, phone is blocked / barred


no, phone can't be relocked over the air
