3210 Flashing under Windows XP?

Which software works under Windows XP?
Unlocking is a piece of cake, put flashing? I've tried all my Windows 98 programs but none of them work under XP :(

Any help would be greately appreciated.

someone told me to get userport and those programs now work under windows xp...
now another matter...
i flashed my 3210 and updated faid, but when i turn on the phone and put in the pin it sais: security code:
what do i have to do now?
it happens for any card i insert into the phone.
