Right firstly, has there been a SW update for the 3650 v2.50 in the UK yet?

Secondly is there a program whereby I can have something like this on my 3650? HERE (http://www.smartsoftware.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=446&forum=10)
