Hi there :)
You can use several programs for that purpose. First Nokia's "PC Suite" which is a free, but huge download from www.nokia.com.
Then, MobiMB (Mobile Media Browser) which is NOT free, but, using google or Kazaa, you can find cracked versions of it.
Third, "Oxygen Phone Manager", which can also be found via google or Kazaa.
All of those allow you to get ringtones to the phone, the format being ".mid" files with a 4-voice polyphony.
Also such programs allow you to load pictures (wallpapers) or games (.jar files) into the phone........
Have fun with that 6800!
Kind regards...

thanks a lot for the answers!! They really helped me out a lot! Do all these programs work with an infrared port? Also, for wallpapers, what format should the pictures be in? Are they in bitmap (.bmp)? Please let me know! Thanks again for all your help!

Helklo again :)
Yes, all the mentioned programs work with the IR port if you got it configured correctly.
The pictures can be either GIF, JPG or BMP format, i would recommend you use JPG (or jpg, jpeg) because that format uses the lowest amount of memory (has smallest file size).
The screen resolution of your phone is 128x128 pixels, you may check out my website which i offer free wallpapers in that size for download via WAP (or PC by right-clicking and "save image as...") at
http://thanhwap.tripod.com
All pics there are held in "jpg" at the best possible quality, that makes the files "moderate" in size (10-25 kb each). A bmp image in that size at a good quality would take some 60-100 kb, a jpg is 20 kb and a jpg, reduced in quality, can be as small as 2 kb.
I also offer (don't want to spam here.... shy) free personal wallpapers, you can send me a picture of your choice via e-mail (link on website) and i will crop and resize it for you free and upload to the website where you can download it.
Kind regards.....
