I cant flash 3315's or 3310's

I have tried 2 phones now, and i keep getting the following error message:

Preloader initialisation error
Error Code: 00 00
Reason :
-Cable Problems
-delay indec too small
-mobile HW malfunction

I have tried 2 different heads on the cable.
The cable has flashed a 3210 and 5110 fine. (Its a cable with changeable heads)

What i have tried to do is 'Read' the phone in Rolis.

Remove cables and re-insert them, ensuring they are tight! Secondly, increase the delay index in settings to 3! To test the heads, run them on the Mbus cable with eeprom tools or Noktools and see if they read! Is there anything wrong with the phones?

Both phones do not get reception.

The cables are flasher only, they will not fit into my mbus cable adapter.

I will try the rest and give it a go.

Scratch your phone connections with your carkeys or so, I have this problem too with my 5110. It also "sits" in my pockets, and in this weather, when you transirate alot, the connections will oxydate.

Otherwise, do you have windows XP?
Set Rolis 4.78b6 in Win98 compatible mode.
