HELP ME: I cannot delete pictures I uploaded...

I own a Samsung GSM SGH A-800 phone. I used Easylink to upload pictures and tones to my phone via my computer. However, I cannot delete the picture from my phone. When I try to delete, a message saying "WARNING : USED MEDIA" pops up and I cannot delete it. Please tell me how to solve this problem and delete it. Also, where can I download updated Samsung SGH - A800 flash file for updating my phone.
