mbm files..............

I create mbm file and I want to put the pic in the right side of the screen.
Where am I supposed to put the file?

You need to modify the display.mbm file on the communicaotr somewhere.

display.mbm has frames, so you click the next frame until you come across 1 of 4 little 'right hand side' pictures.

If you wait a while I will give you the best software package to use (which is free) and how to do it.

Follow this procedure:

1. Find 4 images in jpg, bmp, or gif format. Cut each them into small images in size 130x200 pixels (Use adobe photoshop, paint brush, or other image/photo program). Now, you have 4 small images.

2. Run mbmwizard program and open all 4 images on it.

3. Save this pack of 4 images into one file and name it as: display.mbm.

4. Copy this file into [C:]\System\Data and replace the old one (copy the original display.mbm in a safe place).

5. Go to Control Panel, choose Display / Colour-Tab / Bacground-pattern. Wheels, Sand, Water, Leaves names are still the same, but the content has changed. W, S, W, L names indicate your image01, image02, image03, image04 that you set up on step #2.

6. Reboot your device by pressing OK button.
