Unlocking 6310

Hi,

Could anyone please tell me what software I can use to unlock a 6310? I tried Noktool ver1.8 and ver 1.9 using an MBUS cable, but could not even read the phone. I tried the same cable in FBUS mode with oxygen and it can read the phone.
