Hi, last nite i let my mate borrow my fone (a 3650) and when he gave it back it wouldn't boot up. It comes up with a white screen and then the blue nokia logo comes up, then the screen fades and the process repeats about 3 times then the fone turns off. ne1 have ne ideas how to sort this or what caused this? Ne help would be greatly appreciated. cheers

Try doing a safe boot when you turn on your fone hold down the pencil button until either the fone starts or it ask you for your pin code if you have one set up. if this works format your fone and mmc card (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A ENOUGH BATTERY B4 YOU DO THIS

i guess u tried this already:
remove ur mmc and then try to reboot ur fone.....
i had a strong system error on my 3650 caused of a wrong installation on the mmc. after removing the mmc it worked properly.

I also have the same problem. It is fading four times and it turns off automatically....I brought my fone to a nokiacare center. They are still fixing it right now....

happened to my phone... the service center had to flash the phone... they said it was because of the firmware... they had to upgrade it.
when you get your phone back check if works with the network you are using if there is a signal. that problem happened after i got my phone back from the center

I had the same problem with my v 2.54 phone. I shipped it off to Nokia in florida and it came back 3 or 4 weeks later with ver. 3.16 and now it works fine.

same here. its a ver2.50 3650. month old phone. good thing it has warranty. I guess flashing the phone is the only solution to this problem. before this, the phone always tells me that memory is low when in fact it still has sufficient memory.
