Operator logos - TWO question, colour AND standard :)

Hello :)
I have TWO questions regarding "Operator logos" on series-40 phones.

First, colour logo. I use a logo sized 100x50 which works fine. BUT... just today i found that when the logo is displayed, the upper (last, highest) battery bar is somewhat smaller! In fact, w/o th logo that seventh bar is about one pixel bigger than the sixth, second highest. When the logo is "on", sixth and seventh bar have the same size. This is ONLY for battery bar, not network! Is that a bug? Can it be avoided by making the logo smaller, or does the phone only accept 100x50?

Second, "ordinary" logos by logo manager. Is there a way to set such a logo "operator free" so that it works with every operator? My colour logo is displayed whenever the phone is in it's home network, i.e. GSM1800 with a GSM1800 SIM or Orange with a Orange SIM. No need to change the logo. Only when roaming (AIS network with GSM1800 SIM) the logo is not displayed. I am looking for a way to make this with a normal logo manager logo. Such as, once uploaded, it will also display when i change the AIS SIM with a Orange SIM and go to the Orange network.
Any advice? Logo manager settings..?
