hey, i think that it is flashing that is needed. I have downloaded the software and run through it. I followed the walkthrough in the FAQ but everytime i went to flash on a new file it would just sit there and nothing would happen, the program would become busy and the only way to stop ctrl alt del. Is there anything im doing wrong?? Many thanx --Death666

Have you got a flash cable (LPT)? Is it set to the correct port in settings in Rolis? You have to power it on by inserting the charger! Is the battery full?;)
