using sound for "scaring" away dogs!

there's a program for protection over insects. Does anybody know the frequency and sort of sound for "scaring" away dogs? Could someone on forum do/did something like it? if the volume of the sound was to low, i'd turn on speaker.

Well if we could find software with sounds to scare everything we want away we would for sure create a sound to scare away guys making so silly questions!Do you have a problem with dogs,or do you want to invade into someone's propertie owning a dog?

Next thing they have phones with sirens on, should a girl be followed by a strange man trying to rape her, she can just go to the menu point "9.4.2 Scare Rapist" and a 140dB siren will instantly wake everyone in the neighbourhood, effectively scaring her attacker...

actually its a great idea which sould be implimented into phones
for example samsung are going to do phone for ladies
other companies will too im sure as ladies require different things to me like little mirrors (samsung s300) ladies calanders etc

a button press panic alarm on phone would be a good move
