If I upgrade an 8210 to an 8250 will I loose wap???

yes, 8210 has wap but 8250 doesn't
then again 8250 has screensavers, ringtone composer and chat and 8210 doesn't

8210 does NOT have WAP! It has services! It's only available in some firmwares and it only allows you access Nokia Club or something! It cannot go online in WAP! It does not have the hardware!;)
