Sorry for my english!!
My 3310 is in contact service but is not software problem cause i've tryed to flash it and all done and the IMEI is 00000000000000.
I've tested my phone and the problem is hardware .
Someone can tell me the broken components ?

I don't believe... Flash the phone again, with new flash and eeprom and do a full reset...

Just use knok95 or other software and enter the correct IMEI you can see the IMEI from the back of you phone... that is on the sticker and enter also the product code..

I've used the full flash and i've tryed to change IMEI the knok95 write OK but the imei not change (0000000000000).

A FuBu or full flash contains the eeprom. I recommend redownloading a FuBu from http://www.nokia-flash.tk

Remember after clearing SP locks, set the IMEI!
