3210 txt prob's

after updating my 3210 i have lost the outbox, write messages and message settings please could some one help

i made a backup off another 3210 and flashed with that but still the same problem i then swapped the sim cards and the problem swapped to other phone and my phone ok so what could be prob is it the sim card ?
