Is there a program that would create a tone code that has to be input to make a ringtone for example in ppmeditor from a wav,midi, or mp3.

wav/midi/mp3 -----> nokringfile(*.txt) or ringtone file (*.re)

But I a hell lot a work.

Tranfer those those tones to Midi, where you can import them with Logomanager, where you can save them as RTTL, where you can open them with RE2RTTL and transfer them to RE chunk.
