Nokia 7250i gallery problem

When I go into the gallery, select a photo and try to set it as wallpaper, my phone resets itself.


Any ideas??

I've this problem too. It's a firmware bug.
When you go to settings and screen settings and change wallpapaer from this location just for one time, bug is solved.
Unless you turn off your phone, you can change your wallpaper from gallery then... But first you have to change it from settings. (Just for one time per turn on)

Thanks for that. You'd think Nokia wouldn't have released the software if it had a prob or at lease tested it!!!!!

what soft version is eveyone running (*#0000#) ? becuase i rang the local service centre and they said that 3.12 is the latest version, and i've had that for months. i'm sick of it now, you can tell every time it has crashed/reset itself becuase your stored words in the dictionary dissapear.

i have a 7250i here with version 3.22
no gallery problem

ah mr wolfman, we meet again. unfortunately i misread the page, and though it was for normal 7250's not the "i" version.

still, its strange that the soft versions are only .1 apart from two different fones?

oh well.

hi guys,
I have 7250, but everything is ok. I can set wallpaper from both menus. Tried that with switching the phone off/on, it's ok. I read somewhere in the forums that if you try to set a logo from the gallery as a start up logo, with MobiMB, the phone is fucked up! Is that true?

and i thought it was an isolated case

is there any way i can load the "wap browser" of the 7250i on the 6610. xhtml browser something i think

viewing wapsites via the 6610's large fonts is annoying

I went to a nokia center today and they reflashed my phone for free... It's 3,22 again and no bugz. I assume it's a 3,22 fix1 :)

After transferring stg via IrDA, it came again :(
It's a bug & we need to wait for a new release...
