firmware 05.06 for 7650

Changes made from MCU version 04.46 to version 05.06:

- Call and network management
- Voice mail indicator handling changed, now indiucator is displayed correctly.
-SMS
-USSD menu handling changed, now correct USSD menu is called.
- Other changes;
- Alarm Clock: Now alarm is ringing correctly when alarm is set at 8.00
- Advice of charge implementation improved. Now call cost limit is showed correctly on the screen.
- Memory allocation improved.

im getting my 7650 back from carphonewarehouse tomorw so ill let you guys know what firmware they put on
