everything o.k. after flashing but...keypad locked

hey guys,
I finally got the new 5.55 version (mcu and ppm) flashed to my 3310.

I was able to start it again. It also forgot its former logo, but....I can´t enter any submenues.

After showing the startup graphic, it says directly "keypad locked".

And when trying to press "menu" and then "*" to normally unlock the keypad, it won´t let me do that!!

What´s wrong with my phone?? Is there something I still have to do and just didn´t, yet??

Seems like the firmware has crashed on your phone. connect it with a datacable and reset it factory defaults...

If needed, flash a virgin eeprom and give it an IMEI and unlock.

Else, restore back to an earlier firmware and try again from the start.

hi guys,
updating my mobile to 3315 worked so far...but...

I am missing T9 options in doing stuff...

is there a way to get it back....would be nice, otherwise it is somehow a downgrading for me, since I am writing quite a lot short messages to my friends.

hope someone can help again!!!

I have to admit, that I was a fool...

Of course is the t9 function not working...

The default factory settings are, that no dictionary and thus no t9 is preselected.

But that could have been done easily in menu 2-1-8.

So sorry about the inconvenience!!
