How I get My Nokia 9210 real empty

I have now a Nokia 9210 2 weeks Befor I hat a Nokia 9000i

The fisrt I do is traking for programs and download every ting I can get.
Next I get info en install alot of programs and games

What I have see is all Java are shit to use The want all the memory and not releve it after it close very slow not nice to see

But now I ket the Kern errors and solved it but I will start over whit only the programs I need.

The problem is how Get I the 9210 realy empty I have use The crtl+shift+i code Ctrl+Shift+F code format the MMC But the Nokia9210 is still not real empty

First I will only the possibilty to install cable filemanager next only what i need and not on the C drive but on the MMC

There was somebody that have the nokia 9210 system manual (not the one you get in the packet but the lagre one whit every info)

Ctrl+Shitf+i --> to delete all ini files n go back to initial ini files.
Ctrl+Shift+F --> to format your device

By formatting your device, there is still some programs that have to be in your device n cannot be removed. For example, a program that make your device can still connect to your PC.
If this program can be removed, how you connect to your PC and how to reinstall the program.
