if you could text this guy one time and tell him he shouldn't using that sim card.

Did you contact your provider yet?
If not do it as soon as possible.
Aren't they able to block this sim card?
They should be able to block the old one and provide you
with a new one, even using the same number that you did.
They should be able to do that. It's a very simple procedure
as long as you ask for it from your signal provider.

my sim card was prepaid card, and in the philippines sim card is just like buying candies and anywhere you can get one. I already emailed the provider but until now my old sim card is still active and this bustard is still using it.

Hi there :)
I dunno how the laws in Saudi Arabia are, but as long as that asshole still uses your SIM he's carrying a perfect method to actually bust him.......
Go to the police and make a report of the robbery (guess you did that already). Then go to your provider and show 'em the report. This will enable them to trace the SIM, and, most likely, your phone, too. . It is fact that the location of the SIM can be "roughly" found out and also the numbers that have been dialled by that SIM, so maybe one or several of those numbers are contract, and the names/adresses of the people can be found, people can be contacted and the robber can be circled (someone must know his name..... ask "Hey, the person with this number (YOUR number), what's his name and adress..."... police can and WILL do that, coz robbery is a crime.
You need to involve the cops, the provider won't do that on your own request.
Good luck........

have the phone blacklisted... you'll need a receipt, your phone's IMEI, and an affidavit of loss.
have globe/SMART or whomever do the legwork for you if you bouht it from them.

GLOBE/SMART operators, wont do the blacklisting to prepaid. only to postpaid.

Sorry folks if i spoke a different language...hehehe!
Anyway, what i said was, find someone to text the robber and be friends with them maybe to flirt also, so the robber would be interested, then when they get to know each other well, setup a time to meet, and bring a police, so you can catch the robber. It takes time, but it's worth it if the robber is caught right!?

You cant lock your sim if its not line,
If you want to lock the phone, you can try to go to NTC and tell them to lock your phone...
Also, ... :) hingi naman ng number mo.. ;)
