my phone telling me the memory is full but when i scan it nothing showing its full and i erase all the programs but still the memo is full i used a program which showing every things in the phone it told me there are some item which were istalled or removed still remaining in the phone and taking a big space in the phone memory who to erase them all ? please e-mail me at [email protected] or [email protected] thank u very much.

try reset your phone with *#7370#.

Try booting up in safe mode (hold in pencil key during start up) ans see if you can delete of do anything from there, if that doesn't work try removing your memrory card and trying. If you have or can install a file manager like fexplorer try searching for large files that shouldn't be where they are or that you want rid of. If none of this works then a format should work (explained in the post above).
