best way to connect 7250 to pc???

hello, got myself 7250, 3 weeks before 7250i (don't you just love nokia) anyways, what's the best way to connect phone to pc so i can download games, tones etc?
belive there's a usb, duk5? or infa red
also what's the best software to use, presume pc suite

Use an USB -> Infrared adapter. it's safe, creates no mess for your desktop. Also it is cheaper than dku-5 cable and u can use that IrDA adapter for more things :) use 2 softwares... Nokia PC suite, which allows fast transfers to your pc and recognizes your phone and installs drivers for better conesction. Also use oxygen phone manager... It's better in capabilities and better for uploading javas to game section (suite can't upload them to games menu) also you can take an absolute backup of your phone, organize msgs, reply the through oxygen, even make your calls...

I used eMule, a file sharing program.
