Nokia Flash Cables???

Hiya,
I'm currently looking at purchasing some dct3 flashing cables to upgrade and downgrade the software, but i was wondering if anyone knew of somewhere which sold them for a cheap price? i have seen a website which sells them for £12.95 (english sterling) at this address http://www.ishop.co.uk/ishop/897/shopscr51.html could some one have a look and see if it would be possible to upgrade dct3 software using these cables.

An amazing number of websites have the same factory built cables.

This seems to be the same batch, and I think they will do the job (I wouldn't use their software though).

You should also get a PS/2 FMbus cable, (Since this kit only contains the flash PS/2 cable), in my opinion, cause unlocking phones is better than partial flashing :).

Well, the dct3 kit can really update all SW versions of the DCT3 phones specified at their kit, the kit is quite expensive and have limits when it comes to SW upgrades... and I also observed that there is no data cable provided with the kit and it is specified that it is for for upgrading and unlocking the phones' SW... and observed that the cable is only designed for their software... there are flasher kits out there which is less expensive (ranging from $10-$20 (compated to 12 pounds e.g DEJAN), have a data cable included and can operate on universal flashers compared to that of Ishop.com cable, which only supports a limited span of DCT3 software upgrades...

Buy the Flasher pack ( Flasher, F\Mbus, interchangable heads) it costs 17.85 Pounds! It'll flash all DCT-3 phones!

I bought my cable kit from Nokia Flash Cable Kit + (COM Port / PS2) Serial Cable (http://www.1stphoneshop.co.uk/datacables.shtml) scroll down to the 3rd item, it cost £18.75 and delivery is free (although it takes about a week) . I have flashed a couple of dct3 phones (3310s) and used the other cable with L.M. for tones, logos and picture messages, but Chunkheads kit is a£1 less.

m99 ones came first class delivery (I.E. ~36 hours) to me :)
