hello dears, i do need to unlock my new 3650 but firstly explain me the exact procedure to do that. how its possiple to enter these codes with my sim card off? the battery is on?

yes. You remove the sim card, then put the battery back in and turn on your phone. On the screen where it says "insert sim card" you enter your code.

I'll need more info:

What model is your phone?
How old is it (roughly)?
What country are you in?
What network are you connected to?

johnnyspliff's codes are completly wrong thats why your phone wont unlock
thanks to johnnyspliff you cannot unlock your phone
if u had followed my advice and posted in the correct section you would have got the correct codes rather than the dodgy ones you have been given by johnnyspliff

I asked how old his phone was and he didn't tell me. So I just used normal settings.

I only gave him 3 codes. Not 5. In response to your question, if you enter 5 wrong codes, you need a cable to unlock it.

And besides, he didn't have to use my codes.

Admitedly, I didn't warn him about the 5 code thing, but there's no need to be so hard on me.

i get pissed at you because you have been told how to give codes and ignore the good advise
you then break the rules by posting codes in the wrong section

now for the last time mr i have a brand new dct4 calculator

its not the age of the 3650 at&t phone its this and its simple
if the imei has a 500 in the number and not a 501,502 or any other number u use the new at&t code
it has nothing to do with age its about the imei
he gave u the imei and because u dont listen u still went ahead and gave him the wrong codes

so please let it sink in and post them correctly and in the correct section

- Use "ASIC Type 5" for old 3650/7650 only
- Use "ASIC Type 2" for all other nokia
- Use "Dongle V2" for 3510i/3530 and new 3650/7650

type 5 are symbian phones if u didnt know

i dont know were you get your info from but its completly wrong

then you will learn how to unlock phones correctly

next you will be telling me the reason you cannot unlock the new 3515,3514,3513 imei 3510i virgin uk phones is not because you dont know the new 8 digit mcc mnc codes

i bet you still use the software that cannot enter 8 digit mcc mnc codes
8 digit codes also apply to fido canada, debitel dk denmark and virgin 3510i uk imei 3515,3514,3513

now i have given you every opertunity to learn correctly and you can take it or leave it

and for warrior7's and your information the correct code for his phone
would have been
