cannot text, please help!!!

hi, i have a 3650 and have been downloading apps and games for it but for some reason now i cannot write any text messages. when i go to text someone instead of letters coming up i get nothing but numbers, i cannot change to letters. oh and when i try to go into tools>settings>phone>general it beeps and brings this message up- app closed gs CONE 14, can anybody tell me what the hell does that mean and could anybody think of a way to fix this please.
any help would be greatly appretiated

I got the same problem. It didn't work out untill I formated the phone. But first try to backup your data.
For any help in backing up your data or formatting please post.

HAve you installed Key Stick? I did and that happened to me when I activated it. I never really knew how to use the key stick system anway

Dont format your phone, use a file explorer program like SeleQ and goto c:\system and fid the file system.ini and delete this file and then restart your phone.... this should hopefully resolve your proble.... if not then I guss formatting is the only option.

Wildskinz is the culprit here.

If you have ever had wildskinz installed you may suffer the above problem.

Solution:

Install Wildskinz (if you have already removed it)
De-activate it - ie turn it off so it doesn't function
Uninstall

And all will be back to normal :)
