You could post in the unlocking thread, or just follow the link I gave and download one of the programs. It'd much quicker for you as you don't have to wait for someone else to do it :)

I believe the dct4 unlocking thread was going to be closed as (free) software is widely available now?

try number one 1st, then number 7, dont try any more after that if either didnt work, you only get 5 goes then its cable solution.
take sim out before you try.
when phone asks insert sim then enter code,
to get p press * 3 time (might be 4 i forgot now), and w and 4 times, double check you have put the correct numbers in BEFORE you press the last #
