we can use PPMsplitfix_v27 to ppm fls, than how we join it back.
the ppm for 3310 got only ChineseSimpl or only ChineseTrad but i want both ChineseSimpl and ChineseTrad. in my phone, how how join the ppm text and LDB T9 dictionaries after split.

any 1 can give me a help
