ps ( do i take the sim out of the phone when entering the code or leave it in the phone )

3390 is a DCT 3 phone, so you cannot get the codes for it from anyone except from your operator and will have to use a data cable. Get a data cable, download one of the many tools available and you're done in a few seconds.
