Can someone give me forum nokia user Name and product serial number, to complete my installation, really need it plz help.....

Why don't you just sign up yourself? It's free and only takes a minute. Then type "Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0" into the search box and go to the download page. Then click on request serial number.

by running the program I cant open any file why? I only can see the program but cant do nothing why?

Did you install java? after that you need to get avi, divx, mpg or other audio or video file, and just click convert.... simple as 1,2,3... ta dah! :)

But can use it with win98se, the box open folder do not appear!when I click on it nothing happened why?

It will only work with Win XP. I have the same problem before with win98SE. I hope that helps.
