Cant Use Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0 beta2 on win98se Why?

I have already install Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0 beta on my PC win98se I dont know what the problem, when I lanch the program its open but cant do nothing why? when I click on open folder it flicker but nothing happened, plz help.

I don't think the Nokia Multimedia Converter supports windows 98. I've tried installing it on this computer (running windows 98), and that doesn't work, but then I installed it on my other computer (with windows xp) and it works fine.
