850Mhz on a 3595? Changing bands?

3 questions:

1. Does anyone know if there is a way to force a 3595 to use only
the 850Mhz radio?
2. Also, does the manual network search look for systems on both 850 and 1900?
3. Is there a field test or netmonitor on this phone? If so, how do you enable it?
