I think you need to specify which network it is locked to??

i also need a 3510i unlocked.

The IMEI number is 351462801277788. At the moment it is locked to Orange in the UK. Any help here would be great.

try another simcard from another network in the phone
does it say simcard registration failed?>

budda if you enter it more than 5 times incorrectly then you'll have to unlock it via a cable.

if u have entered more than 5 codes your phone is blocked unlock by cable only
